Ulster Bank Trade – Deal FX Online

  • Who Trade may be suitable for

    Trade may be suitable across our client base - from commercial through mid-corporate to large corporate and institutional customers. Subject to certain minimum criteria, anyone who transacts foreign exchange activity regularly is a potential customer for Trade.

  • Streaming FX price technology

    The pricing model providesstreaming rates as well as reciprocal pricing for all currency pairs e.g. GBP/EUR and EUR/GBP.

  • Settlement

    Settle FX deals by different methods:
    • Servicelink / Bankline
    • Fax payment facility
    • Draft / Cheque settlement
    • STP (straight through processing) via SSI’s(Standard Settlement Instructions)

  • FX Swaps

    Swap functionality extended to cover prepost (i.e. covering the period today/tomorrow); forward/forwards (e.g. 1 month/3 months); mismatched swaps.

  • FX Multideal

    The multideal facility has flexibility including the capacity to combine buy and sell legs, the ability to deal up to three years forward and foreign exchange time option legs.

  • Access

    Trade is a free browser based service which has no additional software requirements. There are however, certain minimum specification criteria required:
    • PC Operating system must be Windows
    • Customers must have installed Sun Java 1.5.0_06 & above
    • Customers require a minimum Internet connection of 500kbs (Broadband) connectivity

  • Terms & conditions

    For Trade these will be available in both paper and online formats. This will allow for speedier completion.
